  • Why do stylists charge different amounts?  Each stylist is 100% qualified and awesome at what they do, however some of us are seasoned with 10-15+ years experience while others are still just starting out.  We charge based on years of experience, certifications, specialty services and timing to ensure every guests needs and wants are met. 

  • Why do you charge an hourly rate for some services?  Great question! We believe that an amazing experience starts with total transparency.  We never want anyone to feel they can't have their hair dreams.  You show us some inspiration, and we will discuss everything from required maintenance and what that looks like for your wallet, to which of our talented stylists suits your needs best. YOU choose how much or how little we do so you don't break the bank. We've got you.

  • Why do I need to give a credit card number when booking my appointment?  This policy is in place to ensure guests value our time as much as we do theirs. We completely understand that things come up and we are sensitive to that, however it is unfortunate that some guests will schedule a 2+ hour service and simply not show up or call to let us know. In a commission salaried industry we don't get paid when we don't have a client and we can't imagine anyone would like to go to work and not be compensated, especially when there are clients who would have gladly taken that slot had we known you couldn't come.

  • What happens if I'm not in love with my hair after my appointment?  While we take every opportunity throughout your consultation to make sure we are on the same page as our guests things do happen.  Simply call us and let us know your concerns.  If you aren't happy with your hair within the first 1-2 weeks we will gladly do what we can to make it right.  We want you to be 100% happy, considering you are walking advertisement for us!

  • Is it okay to bring a photo of what I want?  We love inspiration photos! This helps us understand and physically see what you are hoping to achieve. We will always adhere to whatever photos you bring and use our knowledge to create the perfect look for YOU. Remember, every artist is different and we can't perfectly perfectly replicate another stylist's work. We will always be transparent about whether your vision is attainable with your hair's chemical history and overall health. As well as working with your budget, time and willingness to maintain your style

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that a credit card number is required for ALL guests appointments.  This is effective as of January 1st, 2023

A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations.

No shows will be charged for their total service.

Clients who arrive late for an appointment may have to have to adjust their services or reschedule.
